I write because it is my belief that we each have a different level of understanding and appreciation for the world around us and I hope that through my writing I can share with you some of mine. So how do you remove the negative emotions that seem to constantly plague our everyday lives? There are several ways to approach the problem, but it is helpful to first understand what allows these emotions to continue.
